Ugly Duckling

Mummy Duck knows that Dumpling the duckling is beautiful, even with those strange coloured feathers and extra long legs. But the other ducklings are not so kind. So one day Dumpling flies away from home to escape the teasing words and begins the adventure of a lifetime. When Dumpling returns there is a surprise for everyone!
This interactive workshop uses puppetry and song and multi-sensory storytelling to bring to life the classic story of self-acceptance and kindness.
Addresses the following areas of learning in the EYFS and KS1 Curriculum:

Using spoken language to develop understanding through speculating, imagining and exploring.
